What is VANTAGE?
VANTAGE is a guided AI platform for South Africans who want to build their own business. It walks you and your clients through every stage — from finding the right niche to registering a company, managing risks, getting legal documents, and launching a marketing strategy. Everything is South Africa-specific: CIPC, SARS, POPIA, and local market data.
Who is VANTAGE for?
VANTAGE is built for people who can't find work and want to create their own income, and for consultants or coaches who guide others through that process. You buy one license, you become the agent. You use your 8 client slots to run real people through the system — including yourself.
What are the 3 onboarding paths?
There are 3 ways a client can start: (1) Full Turnkey — they don't know what business to start, so VANTAGE begins with the Venture Scout niche finder and walks through all 5 pillars. (2) New Venture — they have an idea and need help refining it, setting it up, and launching marketing. (3) Marketing Only — they already have a running business and just need the Growth Engine pillar to grow their client base.
What are the 5 pillars?
The 5 pillars are: (1) Venture Scout — finds the right business niche. (2) Risk Architect — identifies business risks specific to the client's situation. (3) Setup Sentinel — provides a step-by-step setup roadmap covering CIPC, SARS, banking, and more. (4) Legal Launchpad — generates legal documents including POPIA compliance policies and contracts. (5) Growth Engine — builds a full marketing strategy with audience insights and proposals.
Do I have to complete all 5 pillars?
No. The pillars are modular. If a client is an established business that only needs marketing, you only use the Growth Engine. If they have an idea but it's already defined, you skip Venture Scout. VANTAGE adapts to where each client is in their journey.
Is the Venture Scout (niche finder) still available?
Yes. Venture Scout is fully active. It's the starting point for the Full Turnkey path — clients who don't know what business to start use it to find a niche that fits their skills, location, and the South African market.
How much does VANTAGE cost?
VANTAGE is R3,800 once-off. That gives you full access to the platform with 8 client slots. There are no monthly fees and no subscription. If you need more than 8 slots, you can add extra slots for R299 each.
What is a client slot?
A client slot is one workspace inside your VANTAGE account for one client. Each slot stores that client's pillar progress, AI-generated deliverables, and reports. Your license includes 8 slots. You can add more at R299 per slot whenever you need them.
How do I pay and what happens after payment?
Payment is processed securely through PayFast using your card, EFT, or other supported South African methods. Once your payment is confirmed, your account is automatically activated and your client slots are unlocked. The activation is instant.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial at this stage. The R3,800 once-off price is set to make the platform accessible without a subscription barrier. You get full access from day one.
How does CIPC registration work on VANTAGE?
VANTAGE doesn't register the company for you — that's done directly through the CIPC website. What Setup Sentinel does is give you a clear, step-by-step roadmap that tells you exactly what to do, in what order, and what to watch out for — including CIPC, SARS tax registration, and business bank accounts.
Is VANTAGE POPIA compliant?
The Legal Launchpad pillar generates POPIA-compliant policies for your client's business. VANTAGE itself is built with data privacy in mind — client data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and is never used for third-party advertising.
What South African marketing strategies does the Growth Engine cover?
Growth Engine is built for the South African market. It includes WhatsApp marketing strategies, local audience insights, social media content plans, and a full written marketing proposal your client can act on. It understands the local context — informal markets, township economics, and digital adoption rates.
